1. About Sataday

Sataday (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent SAT practice platform that provides free weekly full-length Digital SAT practice tests and worldwide student rankings. Sataday is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to College Board, the makers of the SAT®.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sataday. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access exams and rankings, you must create an account either via Google Sign-In or email and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@sataday.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to cheating, impersonation, or abuse of the platform.

4. Permitted Use

Sataday is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any exam content or questions from Sataday
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
• Share answers or coordinate with other users during a live exam session
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Exam Content and Intellectual Property

All exam questions, passages, and associated content on Sataday are original works created independently and are the intellectual property of Sataday. SAT® is a registered trademark of College Board. Sataday is not affiliated with College Board and does not use or reproduce any official SAT materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use Sataday exam content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

6. Exam Rules and Rankings

Exams are made available on a weekly schedule, typically on Saturdays. Rankings are calculated based on scores submitted during the designated exam window. Sataday reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove rankings in cases of suspected cheating or technical error.

Percentile scores shown on the platform are based on publicly available College Board national percentile data and are provided for reference only.

7. Disclaimers

Sataday is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from errors
• Exam scores or percentile rankings will reflect actual SAT performance
• Results will improve your performance on official College Board exams

Sataday is a practice tool intended to supplement, not replace, official SAT preparation resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sataday and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, exam score inaccuracies, or inability to access the service.

9. Third-Party Services

Sataday uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Google OAuth — for sign-in authentication
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Vercel — for hosting and content delivery
• Zoho Mail — for email communications

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Sataday is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of Sataday will be resolved in good faith through direct communication before any legal proceedings are initiated.
